Each individual may hold only one pkrapin account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities. Your PKR wallet balance is personal and non-transferable between accounts.
pkrapin operates RNG-certified games and regulated sports betting markets. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, engage in arbitrage abuse, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

2.4 If you are accessing pkrapin on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that entity.
3.1 Age Requirement. The pkrapin platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement applies to all features of the platform including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and virtual sports. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement at the time of account creation and on every subsequent occasion you access the platform.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. pkrapin is operated under an international gaming licence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pkrapin does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one pkrapin account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. pkrapin employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to be in breach of this policy will be suspended immediately.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, CNIC number, or contact information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of detection.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). pkrapin is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all registered users. You may be requested at any time — and will be required before processing any withdrawal — to provide documentation including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in your account being suspended and withdrawal requests being placed on hold pending resolution.
3.6 Politically Exposed Persons. Individuals who are classified as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) under applicable anti-money laundering regulations are subject to enhanced due diligence procedures at pkrapin's discretion. pkrapin reserves the right to request additional documentation and conduct enhanced background screening on any account at any time.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrapin login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. pkrapin will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
4.2 All activity conducted through your pkrapin account while authenticated with your credentials is deemed to be authorised by you. pkrapin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.3 You must notify pkrapin support at [email protected] immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious transactions you do not recognise in your PKR wallet.
4.4 pkrapin strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your account and enable any available two-factor authentication features. You should access your account only from personal, secure devices and avoid using public or shared Wi-Fi networks when conducting financial transactions on the platform.
4.5 pkrapin reserves the right to lock or suspend an account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the security of that account has been compromised, or where unusual activity patterns indicate potential fraud or unauthorised access, pending investigation and verification by the account holder.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkrapin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrapin does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling time period. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your pkrapin account and may be updated from time to time. pkrapin reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion with or without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. pkrapin aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 business hours of approval. Processing times may be extended where KYC documentation is outstanding, where a withdrawal triggers an anti-money laundering review, or during periods of high withdrawal volume. pkrapin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 KYC Prior to Withdrawal. pkrapin is required to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. If your KYC verification has not been completed at the time of a withdrawal request, the request will be placed on hold until satisfactory documentation is submitted and approved. This process is a regulatory requirement and is non-negotiable regardless of withdrawal amount.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. pkrapin is obligated to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the registered account holder's identity — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds. pkrapin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual patterns are detected.
5.6 Inactive Account Fees. An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pkrapin reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. You will receive written notice via your registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All sports betting on pkrapin — including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, table tennis, football, and virtual sports — is subject to the specific market rules applicable to each event type. These rules are accessible within the relevant sports betting section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, pkrapin's sports trading team's interpretation of the applicable rules is final.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. pkrapin reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number is issued to you by the platform. In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays during live events, particularly during high-traffic PSL fixture periods. Any wager placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error will be voided regardless of the outcome.
6.3 Manifest Errors. If pkrapin publishes incorrect odds, incorrect market lines, or incorrect game configurations due to a technical or human error, pkrapin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to your PKR wallet. This applies regardless of whether bets were placed before or after the error was detected.
6.4 Casino and RNG Games. All slot and RNG casino games offered on pkrapin are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. pkrapin does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined by certified random number generation systems.
6.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to the specific rules of each game variant. Technical disconnections during a live dealer game hand or round that prevent bet placement or settlement will be handled according to pkrapin's live game disconnection policy, which is available in the platform's Help section.
6.6 Disputed Results. If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. pkrapin will review all disputes and provide a written response within 14 business days of the dispute being formally logged with the support team.
7.1 All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses offered by pkrapin are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The general provisions in this section apply to all pkrapin promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your balance.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Sports betting, slots, live casino, and table games may have different contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms. Playing excluded games with active bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. pkrapin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once, using bonus funds to hedge bets, placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free wagers designed to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming activity, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds forfeited and may be subject to account closure.
7.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum amount withdrawable as a result of winnings generated from bonus funds may be capped. This cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms and applies at the point of withdrawal request.
7.6 pkrapin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may not be available to all pkrapin account holders at all times.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkrapin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
8.2 pkrapin reserves the right to close any account at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to the breach — including winnings generated through prohibited conduct — will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits not connected to prohibited conduct will be returned to the depositing payment method following investigation.
9.1 All content on the pkrapin platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of pkrapin or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrapin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from pkrapin.
9.3 The pkrapin name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of pkrapin. Unauthorised use of pkrapin's trademarks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.
10.1 pkrapin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pkrapin.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pkrapin Privacy Policy in full.
10.2 pkrapin collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, date of birth, address, contact information, payment details, betting history, and device/session data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML obligations, and service improvement.
10.3 pkrapin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed KYC and AML service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by pkrapin's licensing obligations.

12.2 pkrapin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, even if pkrapin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 pkrapin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. pkrapin will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pkrapin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrapin holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact pkrapin support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. pkrapin will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
13.3 Formal Dispute. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following the informal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by pkrapin's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available upon request from pkrapin support.
13.4 You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against pkrapin.
14.1 pkrapin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkrapin will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform upon your next login.
14.2 Your continued use of the pkrapin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected] before the amendment's effective date.
